I come from a long line of matriarchal foodservice mavens. My grandmother was the head of the foodservice department at an all-girls boarding school in Nigeria.
I grew up watching her handpick fresh, flavourful ingredients to make the most delicious stews and sauces. She even had a local oven made so she could smoke meats and vegetables to use in her menu design at school. Her recipes were to die for.
Today, my grandmother’s love of food and attention to detail live on through Ose’s Fine Foods. Serving the Greater Toronto Area, our recipes are designed with utmost love to please the taste buds. That’s why we remain personally involved in buying all our fresh, quality ingredients.
All my life, my favourite room has been the kitchen! It’s all about love: I love to eat home cooked food.
Ose in my local language can mean ‘friend.’
At Ose’s Fine Foods, we build relationships and friendships with our clients and those we have the privilege to cook for. In our kitchen, we have no boundaries. Our process starts with our clients needs. We will prepare any kind of food.
The only requirement is that it tastes good. To do this, we use quality, nutritious ingredients and put incredible care into our menus to develop healthy, delicious meals.
